We will also offer our Smoky Scot Islay Single Malt Whisky. Distilled at Caol Ila Distillery on the East coast of the whisky island, it offers a great insight into what Islay has to offer to whisky aficionados. Matured for five years in traditional oak casks that previously held bourbon, it is a youthful and lively representative of the house style. The clear and vibrant flavors of iodine, seaweed, tar and smoke will transport you to the magical island of Islay. Non chill-filtered for maximum flavor.
