Belafonte Gin Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 20ml Masons Tea Edition Gin
- 20ml Monin Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Tio Pepe
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 75ml Prosecco

SERVE
- Fill a wine glass with ice and leave to chill for 2 minutes
- Add all ingredients except prosecco to the glass and stir until mixed
- Top with prosecco and garnish with a sprig of fresh basil
