Hot Buttered (Irish) Rum

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar;

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened;

  • 1 splash pure vanilla extract;

  • 1 dash ground cinnamon;

  • 1 dash ground nutmeg;

  • 1 dash ground allspice;

  • 2 oz Black Beak Golden Rum

  • 4 oz hot water;

  • Cinnamon stick for garnish.

PREPARATION:

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Place the sugar, butter, vanilla extract & spics into the bottom of an Irish coffee glass & mix/muddle well.

  3. Pour in the rum and top it with hot water.

  4. Stir & garnish with cinnamon stick.

  5. Serve & enjoy!
