Malt & Wheat Martini

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 part Levant Heights Single Pot Still Malt & Wheat Whisky

• 1 part sweet white vermouth

• Lemon or lime peel

• Ice

PREPARATION:

1. Combine whisky and vermouth in mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir for 20 seconds.

3. Serve in a coup glass and garnish lemon or lime peel .
