Smoky Spring

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz Smoky Scot Single Malt Scotch Whisky

• 2 dashes of bitters

• 0.5 oz ginger liqueur

• 0.5 oz fresh squeeze lemon juice

•0.5 ozTonic water

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

• Strawberries and mint leaves for garnish

PREPARATION:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and add all of the liquid ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds and pour over an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves and strawberries.
