Smoky Sour

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz Smoky Scot Single Malt Scotch Whisky

• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 0.5 oz Syrup

• 0.5 oz egg white

• Cherries to garnish

PREPARATION:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the Smoky Scot, lemon juice, the simple syrup and half an egg white. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour over ice and garnish with a couple of cherries.
