The Dog-father

Our take on the classic whisky cocktail “The Godfather” - a short, classy cocktail created in the 1970’s.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Cask Craft Glen Elgin/Peated Finish

0.5 oz Amaretto

Ice

Orange cut.

PREPARATION:

For 45 seconds, stir the whisky with Amaretto in a mixing glass with ice. Serve in a tumbler over ice with a cut of orange.
