Dry Martini

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz London Hill Gin;

  • 2 Teaspoons (10 ml) dry Vermouth;

  • 2 dashes orange bitters;

  • 1 strip of lemon zest (for garnish);

  • 1 green olive;

  • Ice.

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour gin, vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir.

  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Squeeze a strip of lemon zest over the glass and drop it in.

  4. Add a green olive.
