Dry Martini
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz London Hill Gin;
2 Teaspoons (10 ml) dry Vermouth;
2 dashes orange bitters;
1 strip of lemon zest (for garnish);
1 green olive;
Ice.
PREPARATION:
Pour gin, vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Squeeze a strip of lemon zest over the glass and drop it in.
Add a green olive.
