Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, fulfillment partner, and applicable legal requirements.

Not all products are available for delivery to every state, ZIP code, or address.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot legally be delivered to the requested destination.

Shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery periods will be presented during checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment partners may arrive in separate shipments.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Nothing in these Terms limits refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies required by applicable law.

10. LIMITED RELEASES AND ALLOCATED PRODUCTS

Keeper's Quest may offer limited-production spirits, single-barrel selections, allocated products, exclusive bottlings, and other merchandise with restricted availability.

Availability of these products may be extremely limited.

We may establish reasonable quantity limits per customer, household, or transaction.

These restrictions may be used to promote fair access and prevent fraudulent purchases.

Orders that materially violate disclosed purchase limitations may be canceled, subject to applicable law.

Descriptions such as "limited release," "single barrel," "allocated," or "exclusive" refer to the characteristics or availability of the product.
